About Us
Walking Together, Growing in Faith
Walking together in faith is a journey of shared hope, trust, and transformation. As we move forward side by side, we encourage one another through challenges, celebrate each other’s victories, and deepen our understanding of God’s presence in our lives.
Each step taken in unity strengthens our bond and nurtures spiritual growth, reminding us that we are not alone. In moments of doubt, we lean on each other; in times of joy, we rejoice together. Through prayer, scripture, and love, our faith matures-not in isolation, but it the sacred rhythm of walking together toward a greater purpose.
Our Mission
The Mission of the First Missionary Baptist Church is to "Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and the Son, and the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen." Matthew 28:19-20
Our Vision
” And the Lord answered me, and said, Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth it.” Hab. 2:2 “Where there is no vision, the people perish.” Proverbs 29:18
Our Passion
“We are giving a hand up not just a handout by opening doors to the community by way of training, preparing and demonstrating effective means to reach set goals. Our Bread for Days Ministry provides bread and sweets not only to those in need in our surrounding community but also to shelters, the homeless and college students”.
